Fences

Our chestnut fences are a French product and the perfect complement for your garden. This beautiful fencing can be used in many situations; such as for the flower garden, the vegetable plot, or to secure a swimming pool or pond. It also acts as a better windbreak than using a trellis. Chestnut fencing is a product that is both natural, and very durable. Due to tannin occurring naturally within the chestnut wood, it does not require maintenance, and is weather-resistant. Use of untreated wood creates a natural ambience.

Split stake fences or Trellis

Our splite stake fences are made from french chestnut wood, connected by galvenised steel, double twist. It is a very attractive fence for the garden, a great barrier against animals for the vegetable garden, and the more narrowly spaced fences also provide a useful windbreak. It is also an elegant solution to ensure the safety of your pool or pond.

Post and Rail

Post & Rail is an authentic and robust style of fence made from chestnut wood. Often called "horse fencing" it is highly visible and safe for horses, but is also an attractive opion for your garden. The chestnut wood does not need to be treated as it is naturally high in tannin, so the natural wood finish blends with nature.

Palisade

A palisade or panel fence is a perfect wind break to protect your terrace. Such fences give privacy and prevent you being overlooked. They can also be used to seperate a garden, create a private spot, conceal an ugly wall and so on.
